DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery/Click & Collect/Postage
We offer free local delivery (within a 3 mile radius of the shop) and will fulfil all pre-Christmas orders by 23rd December. We are also offering a Click & Collect service for customers who wish to pick up their orders from the shop between 3pm and 6pm on Wednesday 23rd December. Otherwise postage is £2.95 within the UK (1st Class).
Refunds & Returns
We are sorry that you need to return your purchase from Room 89. Please return any unwanted items within 28 days and please provide the reason for returning.
Please package the item up and send it back to us. Items must be in the condition in which they were received, clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging, with all labels attached. We are unable to refund items that have been worn, washed or damaged by the customer, or lost or damaged in transit to us.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on pierced earrings, certain personal, cosmetic or grooming products and personalised or made-to-measure items, unless they are faulty.
The returns address is Room 89, 10 Union Street, Barnet, Herts, EN5 4HZ. We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service to ensure proof of postage and delivery. Please note that the customer will bear the direct cost of returning the item, but the original cost of delivery will be refunded by us along with the cost of the item.
We will process the refund directly to your payment card within 14 days of the item being received.

Room 89 are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it applies in the UK.

When you browse our store online, we also automatically receive your computer’s IP address. When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit or debit card, place an order, or arrange for a delivery, you consent to us collecting your details and using it for that specific reason only.
With your permission, we may send you newsletters with details of new products, promotions, events and other updates. If, after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for marketing by unsubscribing using the link at the bottom of the newsletter or by emailing email@example.com.
We will not sell your information or share your details for marketing purposes with any third parties. We may only disclose your personal information if we are required by law. Payment online is processed securely by PayPal who monitor ever transaction 24/7 to prevent fraud, e-mail phishing and identity theft. Every transaction between Room 89 and PayPal is encrypted using PayPal’s advanced encryption technology. The platform has built-in compliance with two-factor authentication provided by cards (3D Secure) and PayPal provide automatic updates as security protocols change in the UK.
Our website may use web analytics services. This type of cookie allows us to recognise and count the number of visitors and see how they move around the website, this helps us improve our service. We are not able to identify any individual from traffic data or site statistics.
