DELIVERY & RETURNS

We do all we can to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and as securely as possible.

​

We offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY within 3 miles of Barnet High Street – we will endeavour to deliver your order within 48 hours of the order being placed.  Please select this option when you checkout if appropriate.

Otherwise we offer Royal Mail Standard Delivery at £3.95 to any mainland UK address. Your delivery will usually arrive within three to five working days although this is not guaranteed.

We regret that we do not currently deliver overseas.

​

Should your order be urgent please contact us at shop@room89.co.uk and we will do all we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

OUTER PACKAGING

​

It's worth mentioning that we recycle all packaging whenever possible. So please be aware that your parcel may contain re-used boxes and packaging; this may not always look pretty but it avoids waste and is kinder to the environment.

RETURNS

​

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Room 89 and take great care to ensure that you are.


However, if you do need to cancel an order or return or exchange an item, we aim to make that as simple as possible for you.
We ask that you please process and return any unwanted order as quickly as possible.


To cancel your order before it has been dispatched:
Please email: shop@room89.co.uk stating the order number, your full name, address and phone number. We also ask that you provide the reason for cancellation.


To return or exchange once you’ve received your order:

  • Please email shop@room89.co.uk to inform us that you wish to return or exchange an item; details of how to return the item will be emailed to you.

  • Your item(s) must be returned within 28 days from the date on which your order was delivered.

  • In order to process your return, you must provide at least one of the following:

    • ​Your order number and email address or delivery postcode.

    • The confirmation email received when you placed the online order.

  • If you are returning any or all items within your order, your refund will exclude the original postage charge and you will be refunded the cost of the returned goods only.

  • Returned items must be in the condition in which they were received, unworn, in the original packaging, with all labels attached. We are unable to accept the return of any items that have been worn, washed or damaged while in your keeping, or lost or damaged in transit to us.

  • We’re also unable to offer refunds or exchanges on pierced earrings, and personalised or made-to-measure items, unless they are faulty.

  • Items received after the 28 day window will not be eligible for a refund.

  • We will process any refund directly to your original payment method no more than 14 days after the return package is received by us.

  • Please do not destroy or throw away any item, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve contacted us and we have agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
